A Bit About Me
Hi! My name is Jim. I am a physical therapist and a certified strength & conditioning specialist. I’m kind of a geek when it comes to the world of anatomy, physiology and the world of strength training. I think it’s really, really cool, and the only thing that makes me more excited than learning it is sharing what I know with others who can benefit from it!
When not working in the clinic with my patients and when not in the gym training clients, I’m often dreaming up ways to share my knowledge, expertise and insight with others in order to help them gain confidence with movement while helping them to experience the amazing benefits of a physically active lifestyle.
I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) graduate from D’Youville, a small health professions school in Buffalo, New York, USA.
I currently reside and practice in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
